BEFORE MAKING THE RETURN, CONSULT

Indicate, on the return package, the order number so that the accounting colleagues can locate the payment as soon as possible and thus can make the return in the shortest time possible.

The shipping of the returned merchandise is the responsibility of the customer. By the means it deems appropriate, recommending a system that allows the tracking of the shipment.

At the time it enters the warehouse, colleagues from the accounting department will refund the amount of the product purchased.

CAREFUL! BEFORE BUYING CHECK THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION. THERE ARE SPECIFIC PRODUCTS WHERE WE INDICATE THAT THE RETURN NOT ALLOWED.  

The refund will be made to the card with which the product was paid for.

  • If you have paid through PayPal, it will be returned to the associated PayPal account.
  • If the payment was made by transfer or cash on delivery, you will have to provide an account number to make the deposit.
  • If the payment was made by credit card, it will be returned to the card with which the purchase was made
