Guarantees Management

According to different reasons:

– Defective upon delivery of the material: Electrotodo Reparación SL   assumes shipping in both directions within a period of five business days. Only for the Peninsula.

Electrotodo Reparación SL   disclaims all responsibility for delays in package deliveries due to causes beyond our control. All expenses related to local taxes or customs or any other type in the recipient country are the responsibility of the client.

The delivery dates marked as a reference on each product on our website are indicative and never binding on any commitment.

Weekends and holidays do not count on this date, since this company remains closed and no orders are processed.

 Right of exclusion.

Nullity and ineffectiveness of the Clauses.

Any difference or cancellation regarding these General Conditions of Sale will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Toledo, taking into account that the expenses derived from the judicial procedures, if any, will be borne by the offender.

Likewise, Electrotodo Reparación SL reserves the right to terminate the current General Conditions of Sale, in whole or in part, with a general or particular nature due to Infractions by the client of any of the stipulations of this agreement.
