Said compensation includes not only the value of the loss that Electrotodo has suffered as a consequence of the violation of its right, but will also include the expenses incurred to obtain reasonable evidence of the commission of the infringement that is the subject of the judicial procedure. It should also be noted that the violation of intellectual and industrial property rights can constitute a criminal offense, entailing significant financial penalties and even reaching prison sentences.
