How to return your order: step-by-step guide

We know that sometimes things don't go as expected. That is why we have made returning a product as simple as possible. Here we explain the entire process step by step.

⏰ Before starting: check the deadlines

You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to inform us that you want to return it. Don't worry, you don't have to send it the same day, but you must notify us within that period.

📋 Step 1: Contact us

The first step is to notify us that you want to make a return. You can do it in the way that is most convenient for you:

By email:

  • Provide your order number (you will find it in the confirmation email)
  • Tell us which product you want to return
  • You don't need to explain the reason if you don't want to

By phone:

  • Have your order number at hand
  • We will confirm the return immediately

Through the web form:

  • Access our contact form 
  • Select "Return" as the reason
  • Fill in the requested information

✅ Step 2: Wait for our confirmation

Once we receive your request:

  • We will confirm the return by email 
  • We will provide you with the exact address to send the product
  • We will explain the available shipping options

📦 Step 3: Prepare the package

So that we can accept the return without issues, make sure that:

The product is in perfect condition:

  • Unused (you may have tested it, but not used it)
  • No damage or marks
  • Clean and in the same condition as you received it

Includes everything that came in the box:

  • All accessories
  • Manuals and instructions
  • Cables, adapters, or additional parts
  • Original packaging if possible

Labels and seals must be intact:

  • Do not remove the product labels
  • If there were security seals, they must be unbroken

Pack it securely:

  • Preferably use the original box
  • If you do not have it, use sturdy packaging
  • Properly protect the product to avoid damage during transport
  • Include a copy of the invoice or delivery note (if you have it on hand)

💡 Tip: Take photos of the product and packaging before sending it. This way you will have a record in case any problem arises.

📮 Step 4: Send the package

Shipping address:
Use the address we have indicated in the confirmation email. Do not send the package without having received our confirmation first.

  • You can use the shipping company you prefer
  • We recommend using a service with tracking
  • Keep the shipping receipt and the tracking number

Who pays for the shipping?

  • If you return due to a change of mind: shipping costs are your responsibility
  • If the product is defective or there is an error on our part: we will cover the cost

Deadline to send:
You have 14 calendar days from when you notify us of the return to send us the package.

Once you have sent the package:

  • Send us the tracking number by email
  • This way we can monitor its arrival
  • We will keep you informed about the status of your return

When we receive your package:

  • We will review it to ensure everything is correct
  • We will send you an email confirming receipt
  • We will process your refund

💰 Step 6: Receive your refund

How long does it take?
We will process your refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the moment we receive the product or from when you send us the shipping receipt (whichever occurs first).

How will I receive it?
The money will be automatically refunded to the same payment method you used for the purchase:

  • Credit/debit card, bizzum: it will appear on your statement within 3-5 business days
  • Bank transfer: it will be deposited into the bank account you used

How much will I receive?

  • The full price of the product
  • The standard shipping costs you paid (if you chose express shipping, we only refund the cost of standard shipping)
  • Return shipping costs are not included if they are your responsibility

⚠️ Special cases

If the product arrived defective or damaged:

  1. Contact us immediately
  2. Send us photos of the product and the packaging
  3. Do not use or handle it more than necessary
  4. We will send you a replacement or arrange the return at no cost to you

If you received a wrong product:

  1. Notify us as soon as possible
  2. We will send you the correct product
  3. We will arrange the collection of the wrong product at no cost

If you want to exchange for another product:

  1. Request the return of the current product
  2. Place a new order for the product you prefer
  3. This is how you receive the new product faster

❌ Products that cannot be returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Sealed products that you have opened (for hygiene reasons)
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Perishable products
  • Products that by their nature cannot be returned once opened
