RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the products within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of order.

In accordance with the provisions of the Law of Defense of the Rights of Consumers and Users (RDLeg. 1/2007 of November 16), the customer shall be entitled to revoke the order requested within 14 days after receipt thereof, upon notice to [[HOLDER]], with a refund of the price paid for it.

Conditions: ELECTROTODO REPARACIÓN S.L. is entitled not to accept any refund, whatever the reason for this, in the following cases:

- Failure to comply with formal requirements and/or deadlines.

- Custom materials.

- Out-of-catalog materials.

All returns of material that have been properly authorized will be forwarded to [[HOLDER]] freight prepaid by the customer.

- Custom materials.

- Non-catalog materials.

RIGHT OF DISMISSAL

As a customer, you can exercise your right of withdrawal and return the product/s within 14 calendar days without giving any reason if it has not been used. To communicate this, you can use the email [email protected]

In case of exercising this right of withdrawal, shall be borne by the customer the cost of return and damage to the product or goods.

[[HOLDER]] will not be responsible for returns on products tampered with by the customer, those returned without the original factory packaging, or those goods that are returned incomplete both in its main elements and accessories. The right of withdrawal shall not apply outside the period indicated or on products subject to fluctuations of a market not controlled by [[HOLDER]], or on perishable items, objects that can be easily reproduced immediately or that by their nature can not be returned. Nor shall the withdrawal proceed on goods or orders that may be considered by their special characteristics tailored to the customer's request.

The deadlines for the return of repair parts, are subject to those established in the ROYAL LEGISLATIVE DECREE 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.

CLAIMS

If the claim is due to a breakage caused in transport the customer must indicate to [[HOLDER]] such breakage within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.

Formal requirements: The customer must have formulated his original order in writing (e-mail or "on line"). The return must have been requested to our customer service department through the same channel. Neither the material nor its packaging must have suffered any damage.

BEFORE BUYING CHECK THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION. THERE ARE SPECIFIC PRODUCTS WHERE WE INDICATE THAT THE RETURN IS NOT ALLOWED.

For any legal claim, the customer can go to the judicial instances it deems appropriate, being able to select the geographical location it deems appropriate.

REPLACEMENTS

ELECTROTODO REPARACIÓN S.L. will proceed to replace broken material upon receipt of orders once the carrier has completed the return of such material, with normal shipping lead times and warehouse stock permitting.

BILLING

Electrotodo Reparación S.L. attaches in the printed package the legal invoice with the data provided by the customer in the purchase process. If you wish, you can ask us through our email [email protected] for an electronic version in PDF format of the same.
